Refund policy
Because online course access may be provided shortly after purchase, refunds may be limited once a student has accessed course materials, started training, downloaded materials, or used the online learning platform.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the Contact Us page or by email to our student support address. Bluewater Security Academy may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
State fees, licensing fees, fingerprinting fees, background check fees, and third-party fees are not included in course tuition and are not refundable by Bluewater Security Academy.
No refund is guaranteed once a course has been substantially accessed, completed, or used to generate completion documentation.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
